TODAY is a NEW day, a new opportunity to take better care of YOU! Did you prepare for your success? Examples: meal preparation, scheduling workout dates/classes, updating music playlists, etc? Now it is time to be consistent.  You can't expect the results you desire with an off again, on again routine. You must eat clean daily and workout almost daily to achieve your best physique.

Happy New Year to you all! I hope that I can inspire you to TRY daily to take better care of yourselves. I enjoyed many treats in the last few weeks of 2018 and the scale showed it this am.
NOW is the time to TRY TRYING and start accomplishing your personal fitness/health goals.
