Big Changes Coming to the Site!
As you might know, when I'm not beating on my Biggest Loser contestants, I'm working on a million other ways to spread my message about healthy living and self-empowerment. Tomorrow, my latest labor of love is coming to fruition — my new book, Master Your Metabolism, is hitting bookstore shelves!
This book is a real game changer for me. It's the culmination of everything I've learned in the seventeen years I've worked as a trainer and life coach and studied with top doctors in sports medicine, nutrition, and endocrinology. What I've found is that weight has everything to do with our hormones. If your hormones aren't balanced, your body can't work the way it's supposed to — and your metabolism is thrown completely out of whack. So if you've been dieting and killing yourself in the gym and you still can't seem to shed those pounds, then guess what? An imbalance of hormones is probably to blame. And the principles that I share in my new book are the key to balancing them so that you can lose weight once and for all.
To reflect the way in which my philosophy has evolved based on what I've discovered, I'm making some changes to this newsletter. Starting tomorrow, I'm going to devote one day a week to information about your hormones and metabolism so that you can start to understand how they affect your health and how you can manipulate them to work for you, not against you. On the other days of the week, I'll continue to focus on diet, fitness, and overall lifestyle and emotional well-being, but I'll be sprinkling in fresh tips and ideas based on my Master Your Metabolism research.
