Do Your Cardio!
On my program, cardio is a great way to get a workout in on the days when you are giving your muscles a rest from strength training. As I tried to stress with my ladies last night, cardio can be considered "extra credit" for weight loss. On the days you are strength training, you can definitely add in some cardio after the weights to boost your calorie burn. Or if you don't have enough time to do it all at once, do your cardio in the morning and your strength training at night, or vice versa — that way you're getting twice the afterburn and expending even MORE calories. www.jillianmichaels.com
