So you take a look at my program and all you see is the work: the counting, the measuring, the hours of sweat and strain. Almost doesn't seem worth it, right? Wrong! What seems like a lot of work is necessary if you want to look and feel your best — and really, it's not all that bad once you get used to it. So get moving!
"Great news!! I've lost another 2 lbs this week, and my bf% is within my range. I was so excited this morning when I stepped on the scale. A whole week without having a clue how much I weighed. Jillian says that following her program (calorie intake and doing the circuits) will show a loss of 2 lbs a week. It's so true!
It's a great feeling to see the results. I even measured my waist and I trimmed about 2 cm...It's a lifestyle change and a behavior modification program in itself. Unless we change how we view our eating habits and exercising, the program will work for just a little bit, but then we can fall into our old habits." – Feli08

Listen, no one loves adding up calories. But this is a necessary part of getting your eating habits on track. If you can't manage to count calories when you're away from home, get an additional copy of The Calorie King's Calorie, Fat & Carbohydrate Counter and leave it at work or in your car. Then you'll never be able to say you didn't know what you were eating.

This Week's Challenge: Bust Your Rut
Today's suggested activity is an Urban Rebounding class. Silly as it may sound, bouncing on a mini trampoline can be a fun cardio workout. Also, it's low impact, which means it's a little easier on your knees than other types of aerobics.
