Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal


Hi everyone! Very busy day today, I'm just finally sitting down to blog it up for YOU. Yikes! So much to share. I'm looking forward to working out with my new functional training class this evening. YOU know I had a blast with my 6:00am-ers this morning. Yeeha! Monday, another perfect day in January to start you new healthy lifestyle. If you haven't gotten in a workout, it's not too late. Make your body a PRIORITY today! ~ Holla....

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1/2c. FiberOne, 1/2c. Dannon carb & sugar control yogurt, 1 pkg. Quaker weight control yogurt, 2 coffee - 320 calories.

Lunch: baked chicken breast w/ diced tomatoes, steamed carrots, broccoli & peppers, 1/2c. brown rice - 330 calories.

Snack: South Beach Meal bar - 210 calories.
Dinner: 1/2c. brown rice, 2c. veggie lovers salad, chicken breast, Wishbone spritzer - 340 calories.
Snack: SB Cereal bar - 100 calories. Nestle hot chocolate - 35 calories. YUM!!

Danielle's workouts:
1. 60 min. Functional Training Workout - Yipee! That was fun!!
2. 30 min. Cybex Arc Trainer - 511 calories burned.
