
Wow! I'm hyper this morning. I didn't get out of bed until 6am, but I was up around 5:30am. I feel good. I'm about to workout, how about you? Get on your piece of cardio or jump in your car and head to the gym. Then you'll have the rest of your day to plan your menu for the week and set yourself up for SUCCESS. If you don't have what you need, get to the grocery store today. The Celtics are on at 12:30pm today! Did you see the last game? Yikes, Kevin Garnett was pycho - but, we LOVE IT!!!! Holla~

Breakfast: 1/2c. FiberOne, 1/2c. Dannon carb & sugar control yogurt, Quaker weight control oatmeal, 2 coffee - 320 calories.
Snack: 1c. grapes, 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese - 194 calories.
Lunch: chicken breast, sauted veggies, 1/2c. brown rice - 450 calories.
Snack: South Beach cereal bar - 100 calories.
