DANIELLE'S COMMENTS: It's amazing to me, how many people think that their is some magic solution to losing weight/body fat. Truth is, it's HARD. It's easier to put on extra pounds by being lazy and eating everything and anything you want. If you seriously want to lose weight, be prepared to MOVE and LIMIT your caloric deficit. If you have several pounds to lose, guess what? YOU will be doing several hours of cardio. Why? The more you do, the more calories you BURN! We only have one body, if you abuse it, you will lose it and possibly your life!
