
It's game day again. I'm looking forward to going to Shanise's home game today. Also, the Celtics are in action tonight. It's day 4 of the new year. I remember when I was younger, trying to diet. If I made it past the 4th day, I was normally successful. Today is going to be another great day, I'm looking forward to sweating with my 9:00am class. Hopefully some of you show up.....I'll be waiting for YOU. Have a healthy day!

Breakfast: 1/2c. FiberOne cereal, 1/2c. Dannon carb & sugar control, 1/2 scoop Whey protein, 2c. of coffee-334 calories.
Snack: South Beach Replacement Meal Bar - 210 calories.
Lunch: 3/4c. Tuna salad, 2 c. Fresh Express salad greens, - approx. 400 calories.
Dinner: 5 oz. Steak tips, 2c. garden salad - approx. 500 calories.

1. 60 min. Functional Training Class - me and Sarah O. rocked it out!
