Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: yoplait yogurt, 1/3c. Allbran buds, 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese - 250 calories.
Lunch: baked chicken breast w/mushrooms, 1/2c. brown rice, 1c. steamed vegetables - 500 calories.
Snack: 1/2c. lowfat cottage cheese, banana - 185 calories. (post-workout)
Dinner: 4oz. grilled steak, 1 & 1/2 c. steamed green beans - 500 calories.
Exercise 12/11:
1. 60 min. Functional Training Workout - 12 exercises, 3 sets, 15 reps.
2. 30 min. Stair climber - 250 calories burned.
* It's a big day for Shanise today! Her first high school basketball game. Needless, to say, I'm more excited than I have ever been in my life. You'd think I was taking the court today. I will have a full report when I get home this evening. Good Luck RED RAIDERS!!
