Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal


* ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL? If you know me, YOU know I'm anxious already. I'm about to kick my own ass for a little bit, so I can enjoy some drinks & wings at Buff's later today. Patriots are you up for the test! Workout out and watch the pre-game hype!
Danielle's food journal:
* 8:00am - Breakfast - 1 banana, whole wheat english muffin, 2tbsp. peanut butter - 405 calories.
*11:00am - snack - 1/2c. low fat yogurt, 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese - 180 calories.
*2:00pm - Lunch - Progresso Lite Soup - 220 calories.
* Saving myself for the wings....
Exercise 12/9:
1. 60 min. Treadmill speed-walking - 4.2 speed, 15.o incline - 1000 calories expended.
2. 30 min. Cybex arc trainer - 560 calories burned.
* I clocked 490 minutes of cardio this week. My goal for this coming week 500 minutes!
This does not include my 240 minutes of resistance training. It was the best part of my week!
