Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal

Biggest Loser TUESDAY! My favorite day of the week. I'm really looking forward to watching the show tonight. Last week was a little brutal, I was surprised at the tone of the trainers. It will be interesting to see if they continue to be so blunt, mean, honest, serious, brutal, bold - hmmmm. I'm really pulling for Daniel and Shay, they are my favorite right now. I do however, like MO a lot too. Should be interesting.
Do you know how many inches your waist is? Do you know what your blood pressure is? These two measurements are key to analyzing a person's overall health. Don't avoid the numbers, if they are really bad (high), it means that you are KILLING yourself from the inside out! You only have one body, make it last, BE HEALTHY.

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1 coffee, 3/4c. Allwhites, 1 whole egg, 1 Thomas 100% whole wheat english muffin - 300 calories.
Snack: 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese, 1/2c. FiberOne yogurt - 140 calories.
Lunch: Baked chicken breast, 2 tbsp. Hunt's diced tomatoes, 1c. brown rice, 3/4c. steamed spinach - 450 calories.
Snack: Myoplex Shake - 210 calories.
Dinner: Baked tilapia, 1/2c. sweet potato, 1c. steamed brocolli - 280 calories.
Snack: Yoplait light yogurt - 100 calories.
Danielle's Workout:
1. INSANITY, Day 9: Pure Cardio - 45 min.
2. Cardio: 20 min. Stairclimber, 30 min. Stationary Bike.
