
Staying focused SATURDAY! Today was definitely challenging - a lot to do, so little time. This is where my terrific time management skills came into play. I managed to get 2 workouts in, shopping with my daughter, 3 loads of her dinner and perfect meals. I feel so good. My system is totally working efficiently. YOU are WHAT you eat is so true. Try eating clean for a week. You'll feel energetic, slimmer and happier. Anyway, I hope you took care of yourself today too!

Breakfast: 3/4c. Allwhites, 1 whole egg, 2 slices of PF carb-style toast, 2 coffee - 348 calories.
Snack: Myoplex shake - 210 calories.
Lunch: Garden salad, 1c. grilled zuchinni/summer squash/peppers, grilled chicken breast - 415 calories.
Snack: apple, Myoplex Carb-Sense shake - 200 calories.
Dinner: Baked tilapia, 1 c. steamed broccoli, 1c. brown rice - 385 calories.
Snack: Yoplait light yogurt - 100 calories.
Danielle's workouts:
1. 40 min. Insanity - Plyometric Cardio Circuit - Day 6, in the books!
2. 30 min. Cybex Arc Trainer - a little extra caloric expenditure.
