
Biggest Loser TUESDAY! In just a little over 30 minutes, season 8 of the Biggest Loser will air. If you know me, you know this is my all time favorite show. It's my dream job and my passion. (Helping others lead healthier lives) At this same time, a lot of my clients including myself, will be shedding some excess body fat as well. The show is very informative and inspiring. If have less than 40 or 50 pounds to lose, you'll probably feel a little lazy after watching how hard these contestants have to work.
Just imagine losing 1 to 2 pounds a week for the length of the Biggest Loser show. That's a lot of weight. Jump on your own scale every Tuesday and create your own physical transformation. YOU can do this! YOU CAN!

Breakfast: 1 coffee, 1/2c. Allwhites liquid eggs, 2 slices of PF carb-style bread - 300 calories.
Snack: Myoplex shake - 210 calories.
Lunch: Baked tilapia, 1c. spinach, 1/2c. sweet potato - 306 calories.
Snack: 1/c. Breakstone's low fat cottage cheese, 12 almonds - 220 calories.
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, 1c. spinach, 1/2c. sweet potato - 345 calories.
Snack: Fiber One strawberry yogurt - 50 calories.

1. 45 min. INSANITY - Plyometric Cardio Circuit.
2. 30 min. Cybex Arc Trainer.
