Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal

New Beginning MONDAY! It's time to start over, re-charge the batteries, reach new heights, help more people. Today was the first day of my 60 - Day INSANITY Challenge. Insanity is a product (DVD series) available through www.teambeachbody.com. Most of you are probably familiar with the P90X infomercial. Well, I'm using the all new INSANITY series to get me into "photo-shoot ready" condition. I've gained and lost the last 20 pounds several times in the last six years. Now I'm ready to take it off and keep it off for good. I'll be sharing everyday of my journey with you. Hopeful you will pick up some great tips and motivation along the way.

Here goes.....

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1 whole cage-free egg, 1/2c. Allwhites, 2 slices of PF Carb-Style 100% whole wheat toast, 1 coffee (1 truvia, 2 tsp. Borden powdered cream - 260 calories.

Snack: Myoplex shake - 210 calories.

Lunch: Grilled chicken breast, 1/2c. baked sweet potato, 1c. steamed spinach - 371 calories.

Snack: 1/2c. Fiber One strawberry yogurt, 1/2c. Breakstone's 2% low fat cottage cheese - 140 calories.

Dinner: Baked Tilapia, 1c. spinach, 1/4c. sweet potato - 280 calories.
Snack: Yoplait Light yogurt - 100 calories.
Danielle's workouts:
1. 30 min. INSANITY Fit - Test

2. 30 min. Stairclimber

3. 30 min. Stationary bike
4. 60 min. Functional Strength Training Circuit.
