Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal




Totally TUESDAY. Let's get back to the basics people. Me too. One meal at a time, one workout at a time, one day at a time. (1) clean eating day at a time. (1) cardio session + weight training session at a time. We can do it. It's time to start FRESH! Let's go for it. Sure summer is fun: ice cream, hot dogs, baseball games, the beach. Let's set some new goals for the fall and SOAR together!

I'm back to my daily food & exercise journal. I hope it helps you stay on track or at least give you some new ideas. Go for it!

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1/2c. Allwhites, 1 whole egg scrambled, 2 slices PF Carb-Style 100% whole wheat toast, 1/2 banana, 1 coffee - 350 calories.

Snack: South Beach Smore's bar - 120 calories.

Lunch: 40z. Baked chicken breast, 1/2 med. sweet potato, 1c. steamed brocolli - 382 calories.

Snack: CLIF bar - 240 calories. (pre-cardio)

Dinner: Grilled Turkey burger, 1c. cuke cumbers and cherry tomatoes, 1 tbsp. Olive Oil - 1/2c. brown rice - 350 calories.


Danielle's workouts:
Cardio: 60 min. Cybex Arc Trainer - 1,050 calories expended. (machine has to be wrong, the idea is to beat it by a few calories the next time.)
