Good Music = Good Exercise

If you know me, you know that I love music and dancing. I have all kinds of music on my IPOD, you name it! Music is about the way it makes you feel. Music is how I stay motivated to workout daily. Music makes me work harder, burn more calories and overall, intensify my effort. Sometimes I try to go to the beat during my cardio, sometimes a song makes me lift heavier or do more reps. Don't get me wrong, I can workout without music but, I definitely prefer it. Get some......................and MOVE!

Advice:
Whenever you are feeling unmotivated or lazy, update your IPOD with some new songs. It helps. Here's my latest finds:
