Breakfast: Yoplait light yogurt, Thomas whole wheat english muffin, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 2 coffee - 350 calories.
Snack - 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese, 1 med apple - 170 calories.
Lunch: Baked tilapia, 1/2c. brown rice, 1c. spinach - 350 calories.
Snack: South Beach bar - 150 calories.
Dinner: Grilled chicken salad, Wishbone spritzer - 300 calories. YUM!!
Danielle's workouts:
1. AM Cardio: 30 min. Stairclimber, 15 min. Stationary Bike - Yeeha!
2. PM Strength: Biggest Loser Bootcamp video w/ Bob Harper - holla!
