Write Yourself a Love Letter
Stop and think about all of your strengths and weaknesses, and then pull out some paper and a pen and write yourself a love letter. (You can also in to my site and use your online Fitness Diary!) Make a list of all the admirable things about yourself, all the things worth loving, everything that makes you special. If you get stuck, imagine that you're your own best friend and think about the kinds of things he or she might say to you about why you're such a wonderful person. www.jillianmichaels.com
