Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal

Biggest Loser TUESDAY! I love Tuesdays, you know this. I look forward to watching the Biggest Loser all day. I'm lucky enough to train three groups of six just before the show. Fun, fun, fun. I'm looking forward to making my DIEHARDS work hard, sweat and ultimately, feel GREAT! It's going to be a cold day, you know what that means: the windows at Danielle's Daily Fitness will be fogged up for sure! Let's go for the gusto today. BEAUTIFUL B-U-R-N! Go for it!

TONIGHT: 8PM - NBC - Biggest Loser, Season 7

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: Yoplait light yogurt, Thomas 100% whole wheat english muffin, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 2 coffee - 350 calories.
Snack: CLIF Bar - 240 calories. (post-cardio)
Lunch: Baked chicken breast w, 2 tbsp. chicken & herb soup, 1 c. brocolli, 1/2 med sweet potato - 380 calories.
Snack: 1/2c. lowfat cottage cheese, 1/2c. Fiberone peach yogurt - 170 calories. YUM!
Dinner: unknown...

Danielle's workouts
1. Cardio - 30 min. Stairclimber - while reading "Life Without Limits" - 3rd time is BEST!!
2. Strength - 60 min. Functional Training class with my 7PMers!! YOU rock!
