Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal

Terrific Thursday! I can't wait to make my DIEHARDS sweat tonight -- for some of them, it's their 3rd workout of the week. Have you completed (1) workout this week? My clients say that Danielle's Daily Fitness is intimate and FUN, FUN, FUN. If you have been putting off taking care of yourself, NOW is your time to join us. I have (5) more openings! First come, first serve.

Note: SPRING starts tomorrow! Are you tank-top or shorts ready? Go for it!!

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1/2c. Allwhites 1 whole egg scrambled, 2 coffee, 1 whole wheat english muffin - 300 calories.

Snack: Yoplait light yogurt, 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese - 190 calories.

Lunch: 2 slices of PF Carb Style bread (100% whole wheat), 1 serving Oscar Mayer turkey breast, 1 slice swiss cheese, mustard - 300 calories. (pre-cardio)

Snack: Luna bar 190 calories.

Dinner: Baked TIlapia, brown rice, green beens - 370 calories.

Danielle's workouts:
1. Cardio - 30 min. Stairclimber, 15 min. Stationary Bike.
2. Strength - 7pm Functional Fitness class w/ my peeps! Can't wait!!
