Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal


Got MUSCLES? If not, it's never too late to build lean muscle and lose BODY FAT. If you are still waiting to start using weights or exercising, NOW is the time. Spring is this Friday! Do you want to reveal fat arms and cellulite ridden legs AGAIN this summer? Invest in your body and your health. YOU only have one body, if you don't take care of it, NOBODY will. Today is the perfect day to make your body a PRIORITY! Go for it!

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: egg white omelet, 1 slice swiss cheese, 1 slice FiberOne toast, 2 coffee - 300 calories.

Snack: 1/2 c. low fat cottage cheese, yoplait light yogurt, 1 tbsp. sliced almonds - 220 calories.

Lunch: Grilled chicken salad, light balsamic on the side - 350 calories.

Snack: CLIF bar - 240 calories. (pre-cardio)
Dinner: 3/4c. brown rice, 2 c. stir fried veggies and chicken - 500 calories. (approx.)

Danielle's workouts:
1. Cardio: 60 min. Cybex Arc Trainer, while watching Oprah. 1003 calories expended!! Yeeha.
2. Strength: PM Functional Fitness class w/ 7:00pm clients! We killed it!
