
Game-Day FRIDAY! Yikes, the anticipation is already brewing in my belly. One more hour of work, cardio, lunch - then it's of to CT to watch the Tabor SEAWOLVES vs. Kent at 4:45pm. Yikes! I'm looking forward to a nice soaking cardio session today. Hoping to finish "Life Without Limits." This has been the best read, again. The 3rd time is a totally charm. I'm really absorbing it and I'm completely inspired, all over again! Yeeha! Workout, try......
Update: Tabor put up a great fight against the Kent Lions yesterday. Unfortunately, the were unable to pull out the win. It was such a fun season, looking forward to next year!

Breakfast: Yoplait light yogurt, Thomas english muffin, 1 tbsp. peanut butter, 2 coffee - 350 calories.
Snack: CLIF bar - 240 calories. (pre-cardio)
Lunch: baked tilapia, 1/2c. brown rice, 1c. steamed brocolli - 350 calories.
Snack: South beach delight bar - 100 calories.
Dinner: South beach pizza - 350 calories.
Danielle's workout:
1. Cardio - 30 min. Stairclimber - 20 min. Stationary bike.
