
Biggest Loser TUESDAY!! My favorite day of the week. Even though, everyday of the week is my favorite day to SWEAT! It's like medicine, without it, I am not well. SO, have you started exercising this year? Consistently? Every week? A few times a week? Or are you still thinking about working out? Breakfast: 2 coffee, Yoplait light yogurt, 2 slices Carb Style 100% whole wheat bread, 1 tbsp peanut butter -362 calories.
Snack: 1/2 c. lowfat cottage cheese, apple - 170 calories. (post-cardio)
Lunch: baked chicken breast, 2 tbsp. chicken & herb soup, 1 c. spinach, 1c. brown rice - 450 calories.
Snack: Fiber Fit Bar - 120 calories.
Dinner: Baked chicken breast, 2 tbsp. chicken & herb soup, 1c. brocolli, 1/2c. sweet potato - 340 calories.
Danielle's workouts:
1. AM - Cardio: 60 min. CYBEX Arc Trainer - 1,034 calories expended!!
2. PM - Strength: 60 min. Functional Training Class - Yeeha! Nice BURN baby!!
