An Apple a Day
With five grams of health-boosting fiber, it's no wonder apples are supposed to keep the doctor away! Toss in that crisp, sweet flavor and portable snacking appeal and you have something worth chewing on. For an interesting twist — and a delicious (and healthy) treat — try baking apples with a dash of cinnamon, a splash of lemon juice, and a handful of raisins.
