Lunch: 1c. Success brown rice, 1 & 1/2c. Fresh Express salad mix, Wishbone spritzer, baked chicken breast w/ 2tbsp. Hunt's diced tomatoes - 500 calories.
Snack: South Beach cereal bar - 100 calories - (pre-cardio)
Dinner: Baked chicken breast w/ 2tbsp. Hunt's diced tomatoes, 1 c. raw carrots, 1/3c. Fat-free veggie dip- 340 calories.
