This Week's Challenge: Eat Better Breakfasts
Today's breakfast suggestion is a whole-wheat English muffin with turkey bacon and fruit. Pass up regular bacon, which is loaded with artery-clogging cholesterol and fat, in favor of the leaner turkey version. English muffins are a better alternative to bagels because they contain fewer calories, BUT always make sure you're looking at the fiber content! Add some fruit and you've got a balanced meal.
