Friday fitness fanatics, YOU go! The diehards I know, always workout on Friday & Saturday. Especially, when you have a SuperBowl party to attend. I'd love to see some knew faces in my classes today and tomorrow morning. Email me for registration details. I'll be busy, busy today. Therefore blogging will be slightly slimmer than usual. Later today I'll be heading to Shanise's game in Stoneham. I love watching her improve as the season progresses. It's a total JOY.

Breakfast: 1/2c. FiberOne, 1/2c. Dannon carb & sugar control yogurt, 1 pkg. Quaker weight control oatmeal, 2 coffee - 340 calories.
Lunch: 1/2c. tuna salad, 1 multi-grain english muffin, 2 tbsp. shredded cheddar cheese - 340 calories.
Snack: South Beach cereal bar - 100 calories.
Dinner: Perdue chicken breast pattie, 2 tbsp. 2% shredded cheddar, multi-grain light english muffin - 300 calories.
