Today's suggested activity is Muay Thai. This intense martial art is one of my favorites — it's not your average kickboxing class. All the jabbing, hooking, thrusting, and powerful footwork, such as low roundhouse kicks, give you an extreme — and truly kick-ass — cardio routine.
