If you need that extra push to motivate you, set a long-term goal for yourself. Having something concrete to work toward will keep you on track. Your goal can be anything you really want to accomplish, like participating in a marathon, climbing a mountain, or even just having the confidence to walk on the beach in a bathing suit. Make sure it's a realistic goal for you, and that you're giving yourself enough time to achieve it.
Mind Your Goals
Put up reminders of your goal around your home — such as pictures of the mountain you want to climb or the bathing suit you want to fit into again. The constant reminders will ensure you don't forget what you are aiming for!

DANIELLE'S COMMENTS: Besides my 2008 personal "vision board" collage, I also have signs of motivation every where in my home. (Example: Just do it, more muscle burns more fat, consistency is the key, beer bloats, burn fat, etc.) If you are obese and you're ignoring it or in denial, posting pictures and mantras around your home will help! It's a constant reminder of your goal to lose excess BODY FAT.
