
Today is the 7th day of the New Year! I feel awesome! Thanks to Michael and Anna for showing up to my 6:00am class. I would of been there working out anyway. Today is the day that I find out when my knee surgery will be. The injury is actual a blessing to me. I've learned so much about my own personal strength, determination and will. I've also learned that I don't like to waste my calories on liquids. I'm slowly weeing myself off of coffee and Simply Smart Half & Half. Have a healthy day!

Breakfast: 2 coffee, 1/2c. Fiber One, 1 pkg. Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal, 1/2c. Dannon Carb & Sugar Control Yogurt - 320 calories.
Snack: South Beach Bar - 210 calories. (on the road to Worcester)
Lunch: Baked chicken breast w/ 2tbsp. chicken & herb soup, 2 c. Fresh Express salad, 10 squirts Wishbone dressing- 300 calories.
Dinner: Baked chicken breast w 2tbsp. chicken & herb soup, 1 & 1/2c. raw carrots, 1/4c. fat-free veggie dip- 400 calories. approx.
Danielle's Workouts 1/7:
1. 60 min. Functional Training Class - that was HOT!!
