Exercise of the Day!

Opposite Arm and Leg Raise
Targets: rectus abdominis, obliques.

Start with the hands under the shoulders & the feet on the ball.
Maintain a rigid torso & raise (1) arm & the opposite leg off the ball.
Hold this position for up to 20 seconds and then switch sides.
