Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal

Move More, Lose More!!
You would be amazed at how many calories we burn cleaning our homes, doing laundry and going to grocery store. If you have multiple stair cases in your houses, that's even better! Add a 30 to 60 minute cardio session to your day and you have totally moved your body to the max!

Now, if your nutrition was in order, you had a perfect weight-loss day. Go for it! I look forward to training you and seeing you in class this morning. Yipee!

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1/3c. AllBran Buds, 1/2c. Dannon carb & sugar control yogurt, 1 pkg. Weight control oatmeal, 2 coffee - 350 calories. (pre-strength workout)
Lunch: 1c. Success brown rice, baked chicken breast w/ 2 tbsp. diced tomatoes - 430 calories.
Snack: South Beach high protein cereal bar - 100 calories.
Dinner - 2c. steamed brocolli,carrots,green peppers & 3oz. steak /chicken - approx. 450 calories.
Danielle's workouts:
1. 60 min. Functional Training Workout - oh yeah! This was a good one! Loved the B-U-R-N!!
2. 65 min. Cybex Arc Trainer - 900 calories burned! Holla~
