HEALTHY TIP
From Bob Greene:
Divide your calories fairly evenly among your meals. Consuming most of your calories later in the day means that you're eating them when you're least able to burn them off.

Cutting Out Cocktails
Alcohol is loaded with calories and provides no nutrients. To eliminate it from your diet, try to:

1. ID triggers.Figure out what promotes drinking so you can avoid these things or find healthy ways to deal with them.

2. Be ready to say no. Have a convincing "no, thanks" ready whenever you're offered a drink. The faster you turn down these offers, the less likely you'll be to give in.

3. Find what works. Record the times you'd normally drink in your food log and note what you did instead. This will help you pinpoint what works for you.
