Lunch: whole grain english muffin, tuna w/ fat-free mayo - 350 calories.
Snack: Atkins bar - 220 calories.
Dinner: Baked chicken breast w/ diced tomatoes, 1/2c. brown rice, 1c. brussel sprouts - 480 calories.

2. 30 min. Treadmill speedwalking - 257 calories burned.
