Snack - yoplait light yogurt, 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese - 180 calories.
Lunch: baked chicken breast, 1/2c. brown rice, 1c. steamed green beans - 500 calories.
Snack: Myoplex Lite Shake - 190 calories. (pre-workout)
Dinner: later - going to see Shanise play first!
Exercise 12/14:
1. 60 min. Functional Training Workout - 12 exercises.
2. 30 min. Stair Climber - 280 calories burned.
