Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal


* Yes, I know, the snow is coming. If you didn't get to the gym this morning, you probably don't want drive there afterwork. BUT, it's no excuse not to move. If even for only 20 minutes, you can: jump rope, do jumping jacks, push-ups, chair dips, planks, floor crunches, mountain climber, squats, lunges, plie squats, etc. Create a circuit and do each exercise for 30 seconds to a minute. Remember, your goal is to get your heart rate up. Music helps....
Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1/3c. AllBran, 1pkg. Quaker Weight Control oatmeal, 1/2c. Dannon carb & sugar control yogurt - 300 calories.
Snack - Atkins bar - 150 calories.
Lunch- 1/2c. Success brown rice, 1c. brussel sprouts, chicken breast baked w/ mushroom soup - 500 calories.
Snack: apple, 1/2c. lowfat cottage cheese - 160 calories.
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, 2 c. garden salad, 1c. green beans - 335 calories.
Exercise 12/13:
1. 60 min. Tread mill speed-walking - 4.2 speed, 15.o incline - 1000 calories burned.
