Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal


* Yipee!! Time to party with the Lady Predator family today. Celtics are back in action tonight, can't wait. They destroyed Toronto last night. I'll be quite busy today. But, as usual, I'll find time to do some exercise. Have a super Saturday.
Danielle's food journal:
8:00am - Breakfast - whole wheat english muffin, 2 tbsp. peanut butter, banana - 415 calories. (pre-workout)
Snack - 11:00am - 1c. pineapple chunks, 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese - 180 calories.
Lunch: baked chicken breast w/ diced tomatoes - 253 calories. (going to a christmas party)
Dinner: (party-time)- I enjoyed all of the Christmas party favorites.
Exercise 12/8:
1. 70 min. Functional Training Workout - 12 exercises, 3 sets, 15 reps. Ye haa!!
