Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal


* Yikes! It was another chilly one this morning. My 6:00am -ers were treated to a special power punching workout this morning. They should be burning fat at an accelerated rate for the next few hours! Way to go!! This afternoon I'll be watching Shanise play basketball with the Red Raider Varsity Girls Basketball Team from Watertown High School. I'm excited!!

Danielle's food journal:

7:45am - Breakfast- 1/3c. AllBran Buds, 1/2c. DC&SC Yogurt, 1pkg. WC oatmeal - 290 calories. (pre-workout)
10:30am - Snack - Atkins bar - 150 calories.
1:oopm - Lunch - Perdue chicken breast, mustard, whole wheat english muffin - 310 calories.
2:30pm - Snack - 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese, banana - 185 calories.
7:30pm - Dinner - Grilled steak, 1c. green beans, 1/2 baked potato - 500 calories.

Exercise 12/7:

1. 60 min. Functional Training Workout - Yes! That was fun. Burn baby, BURN!!!
2. 30 min. Stair Climber - 286 calories burned.
