Daily menu: Today was a long day. Shanise had 3 basketball games in NH. I'm officially off from exercise today. My lower back and hips are killing me from bleacheritis. BUT, Shanise's team won all 5 games. Finally! She's on a great team....
Breakfast: 2 slices whole wheat toast, 2 tbsp. peanut butter - 400 calories. (on the road a 6:20am)
Snack: med. apple, 1 string cheese - 180 calories.
Lunch: Whole wheat tortilla, turkey, lettuce, tomato, 2% skim milk shredded cheese - 320 calories.
Snack: ricecake w/ 1tbsp peanut butter - 130 calories.
Exercise 9/16: OFF.
