*Marley is 3 months old today. The little bugger just chewed up the Oxygen magazine that I was reading.
Daily menu:
Breakfast: 2 slices of whole wheat toast, 2 tbsp. peanut butter - 400 calories.
Snack: med. apple - 80 calories.
Lunch: whole wheat wrap, tuna, lettuce, tomato- 400 calories.
Snack: large grapefruit, 2 string cheese - 280 calories.
Dinner: plain hamburger (no bun), 2 c. garden salad - 380 calories.
Exercise 9/15:
1. 30 min. speed walk - 4.2 speed, 15.0 incline - 525 calories burned.
2. 30 min. Cybex arc trainer - 602 calories burned.
* Just in from Shanise's basketball games. I'll be gone most of the day tomorrow, doing the same. I'll find some time to holla mid-afternoon, before the Pats!
