Harley's Daily Challenge


Gimme a Break
Do you remember the McDonald's slogan "Have you had a break today?" While we're certainly not recommending a Big Mac, we do like that philosophy. We all get caught up in the comings and goings of our hectic days — but don't let yourself get so busy that you skip your snacks! Challenge yourself to set aside 15 minutes (or more if you can!) to eat your snack, relax, and think about how you're going to handle the rest of the day. After all, eating healthy snacks and taking a break to rest your mind are the things that keep you from hitting the drive-through on your way home from work.
Snack Attack
When hunger strikes, be ready for it! Arm yourself with ammo. Remember, only YOU can prevent unhealthy eating. Some careful planning and a few minutes in the morning can supply you with the weapons you need to battle those pangs. Cut up some veggies, check out our fresh ideas for light snacking, and listen to your stomach. Try to make sure your snacks are well flavored to keep your mouth happy or you'll be running for that bag of grease in no time!
