Daily menu:
Breakfast : 2 whole eggs, 1/2c. allwhites scrambled, 2 slices whole wheat toast - 500 calories. * I must be due for my period. I am craving salt, hence the extra eggs this morning.
Lunch: 2 turkey burgers w/ 1/4c. 2% shredded cheese, 2c. garden salad - 450 calories.
* I have a long cardio session planned for today. :)
Snack: (1) rice cake w/ (1) tbsp. peanut butter - 150 calories.
Snack: (pre-workout) 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese, 1/2c. blueberries - 120 calories.
Dinner: 1/2 potato, grilled chicken breast w/ hot buffalo sauce - 400 calories.
Exercise 8/23:
1. 30 min. Cybex arc trainer - 604 calories burned.
2. 30 min. Treadmill speed walk, 15.0 incline, 4.2 speed - 500 calories burned.
