Daily menu:
Breakfast: 2 slices whole wheat toast, mushroom omelette - 400 calories. (post-workout)
Snack: 1/2 Myoplex carbsense bar, 1c. blueberries/strawberries - 180 calories.
Lunch: Grilled chicken breast w/ 2tbsp. hot salsa, 1 & 1/2c. garden salad - 350 calories.
Snack: 4 oscar myer ham slices - 40 calories
Dinner: 2c. turkey chilli - 400 calories.
