No excuses is in full affect. Although we have a gym in our basement with various cardio equipment, I put a spin bike in between my dining room and living room. This way, I have absolutely no excuses as to why I couldn't workout. Really feeling good about all of my exercise options. Changing it up is great for the body and one way to avoid plateaus. Stay tuned......
WOW, what a morning! I got a chance to workout with one of my clients that just had a baby today.
Needless to say, we killed it!! Oh, and we chatted it up too! The sweat was poring off of us like made. I loved it. Now backed to caring for my BUG, waiting for her next nap so I can spin. I feel great! Day 7 is amazing so far...
9:00AM - 60 minute Weight Training Workout w/ a cool friend.
10:00AM - Post workout shake. Protein, frozen banana & strawberries. 1 tsp. peanut butter and 1 tsp. of flaxseed oil. The best shake yet. Tasted just like one from back in the day at Gold's Gym.
12:45PM - 45 minute SPIN workout. (It felt so good, my legs weren't junk)
2:15PM - Grilled chicken breast w/ hot salsa & jalapeños. 1/2c. sweet potato cubed and 1 1/2c. broccoli florets.
6:00PM - Baked tilapia, asparagus.
