Totally-Time THURSDAY! Are you still waiting to start taking care of your body? Are you 20 - 100 pounds over-weight? Do you have Pre-Diabetes, High Blood Pressure or difficulty walking upstairs? What exactly are you waiting for? Are you waiting for a magic pill? There will never be any other way to take care of your body besides eating clean (lean protein, whole grains, vegetables, fruits, etc.) and exercise (cardiovascular activity & resistance training.) What are your excuses?

If you are only exercising once or twice a week, don't be surprised if your FAT is not disappearing. Remember, the more you do (exercise), the more you lose. Eating clean should be daily, with an occasional "cheat" meal. Are you ready to get real, consistent and healthy? Just wondering.....

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1/2c. All Whites liquid eggs, 1 whole egg, 1 coffee, 2 slices of PF Carb-Style 100% whole wheat bread - 300 calories.
Snack: 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese, 1/2c. Fiber One key lime yogurt - 140 calories.
Lunch: Baked Tilapia, 1c. brown rice, 1c. broccoli - 400 calories.
Snack: Myoplex Shake - 210 calories.
Dinner: Baked chicken breast, 1/2 c. sweet potato, 1 c. green beans - 370 calories.
Snack: Yoplait Light yogurt - 10o calories.

Danielle's workouts:
1. Insanity - Day 4: Cardio Recovery - 30 min.
2. Cardio - 60 min. Cybex Arc Trainer
