Happy Labor Day, MONDAY! Wow, can you believe the summer is over?It was sad leaving the Cape this morning. It was even more sad bringing my girl back to school. I feel a little lonely. I miss her so much already, although I'll be seeing her on Thursday. I really look forward to our time together.
It's time for me to get back on track with my regular blogging and journaling. Next week Season 8 of the Biggest Loser will begin. I can't wait. It's such a great show and it inspires me and my clients to work harder and eat cleaner. YOU should watch too.
