Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal

Fitness Fanatic FRIDAY! I absolutely love Fridays. Not sure why, I kinda work everyday, but it's an extra FUN day. I hope you worked out today. When I used to work at Gold's Gym, I noticed that the members used to drop off come Thursday. How about you? Do you take one day off a week or 4? It's those inconsistent people that complain about their lack of results the most. Consistency is the KEY, which is one of my all-time favorite sayings. You have eat clean daily, exercise daily and sleep well nightly - this is what will get you the results you desire. Did you workout today? Just curious.....

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1 coffee, 3/4c. Allwhites, 1 whole egg, 1 Thomas 100% whole wheat english muffin - 300 calories
Snack: 1/2c. low fat cottage cheese, 1/2 c. Fiber One yogurt - 140 calories.
Lunch: Baked chicken breast, 1c. Spinach, 1/2c. sweet potato - 400 calories.
Snack - Myoplex Lite shake - 170 calories.
Dinner: Baked Tilapia, 1c. spinach, 1c. brown rice - 370 calories.

Danielle's workouts:
1. 40 min. Pure Cardio - toughest workout yet!
2. 60 min. Stationary Bike - yeeha, burn calories, burn calories.
