Danielle's Daily Food & Fitness Journal

Weight-Training WEDNESDAY. Did you watch Biggest Loser last night? Wow! It was a very intense show. I hope you were inspired enough to make healthier decisions today. I hope you have a wonderful workout planned for today. Remember, exercising is not a hobby - it's a necessity! It's the only way for you to condition your body, from the inside out. If you don't conditon it, nobody will. Your outside is an indication of what's going on in the inside. BE SCARED! Hopefully scared enough to more more and lose more. Go for it!

Danielle's food journal:
Breakfast: 1/2c. Allwhites & 1 whole egg scrambled, Thomas %whole wheat english muffin, Olivio butter spray, 1 coffee - 300 calories.

Snack: 1/2c. lowfat cottage cheese, 1/2c. Fiber One yogurt - 140 calories.

Lunch: grilled chicken breast, 1c. steamed broccoli, 1/2c. baked sweet potato - 400 calories.

Snack: Myoplex shake - 210 calories.

Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, 1tbsp. Jalepeno salsa, 1/2c. sweet potato, 1c. green beans - 400 calories.

1. Insanity - day 3 - 40 min. Cardio Power & Resistance.
2. 45 min. Cybex Arc Trainer
