Periodic Dieting May Cut Breast Cancer Risk

Periodically cutting calories may lower the risk of developing breast cancer better than full-time dieting, according to a new study published in Cancer Prevention Research.

Hair loss and nausea may be the best known side effects of chemotherapy, but some people also notice memory loss or have trouble concentrating or multi-tasking. This cognitive dysfunction, called "chemo brain," can last as long as 10 years in some people.
