
Watch the Weak Spots
We all have our food weaknesses, particularly when it comes to snack time. It's hard not to reach for ice cream, cookies, chocolate, chips, and other fat-laden goodies in between meals, especially when they're always staring you in the face at the supermarket or the convenience store. Challenge yourself not to give in to temptation by recognizing your "trigger foods." If seeing Mallomars — or a carton of Ben & Jerry's — makes you go weak in the knees, do your best to avoid them.
